Process on SLES10SP3 is failed with error "Floating point exception"

Hello

Several years ago we have migrated Linux SLES10 SP3 to PVE. All running very well.
Several days ago we have updated one PVE server and then one process (Linux SLES10 SP3) crashes with error "Floating point exception". Other VMs based on Windows are running without any problems.

Result of pveversion --verbose for two nodes in attachment.
I have tried to select different CPU types and flags but nothing helped.

Does KVM crash or inside the VM? Please updated Proxmox VE to the latest version.

Aside from the above, SLES10 SP3 was release in 2009 [0], it is very old and best updated/replaced. Besides security, many issues are for sure already fixed since then.

Only one service (but critical service) is crached insided VM. Other software like Oracle is OK.
I have updated version today (5.4) but nothing changed.
I can't update SLES as that crashed service runs only under SLES10. Security is not important as server run inside internal network.

Then it seems to be rather an coincident then a issue with the node upgrade. Best check the log in the VM, there may be some more hints to it (eg. corrupt file).

No logs, only core dump but size is 1G and I don't know how to analyse.
Question was why it run in PVE version proxmox-ve_5.1-722cc488-1.iso but in latest 5.4 does not work.

It seems no SLES10 docs are available, but I guess this could still work to analyze the core dump.

Without more information from the SLES10 system, it is uncertain if it has something to do with the update or that it was just a coincident.

Crash utils is also crashes.

You can analyze the crash dump on a different system.
