Folks, I have this problem in proxmox, does anyone know how I can solve it?

[ CODE] /sbin/zpool list -HpPLo name,size,alloc,free,frag,dedup,health' failed: exit code 127 (500) [ /CODE]

Can you tell us your pveversion -v output? And when it started to happen?

Also, what's the output if you try this exact list command manually as root?

I don't know for sure, I took over the company's IT recently, and the old manager didn't leave me much

you have mixed versions, that's for sure.. pvemanager 5.4 but proxmox-ve is on 6 (note, not all package versions have to be on the same major number but proxmox-ve and pve-manager are some core main packages which should be always in sync).

Check for updates, can be done over the gui.. If none are there check that you have valid package repositories setup: https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Package_Repositories

Either use the gui to upgraade or if the CLI is used ensure you do:

apt update
apt dist-upgrade
