Problems with commandline pveum

I'm trying to manipulate the pools via commandline. issuing the following command:

pveum aclmod /pools/poolid/ -user user1@LAB.TD.SD.AC.AT -role PVEVMAdmin

doesn't show up in GUI. The command seems to complete without errormessages, but it simply dont work.
Any help?

version: "Virtual Environment 4.4-1/eb2d6f1e"

Post the content of the files /etc/pve/domains.cfg and /etc/pve/user.cfg
