Hello!
I have problems accessing the web GUI on my Proxmox from the browser that runs on the same network. I can ping them and connect them using ssh from the client.
This problem started after updating from v5.2-1 to v5.4-1

The browser (Firefox) gives me this message when I try to find the URL: https://10.0.0.254:8006/

Failed Secure Connection

The connection to 10.0.0.254:8006 was interrupted while the page was loading.

Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

This is probably a issue with your ssl certificate and maybe some 3rd party addon or software, try to access from another browser or in a incognito window.

I do not use anything from third parties. I've already tried Firefox, Chrome and Edge. The problem persists

Do you run any antivirus software on your client like kaspersky or similar? Did you try it from another client? Do you use the default certificates generated by pve or did you setup your own ones?

Hello!

root@pve02:/# pveversion -v
proxmox-ve: 5.4-1 (running kernel: 4.15.17-1-pve)
pve-manager: 5.2-1 (running version: 5.2-1/0fcd7879)

It seems that the pve-manager package has not been updated on your system for some reason, it should be on 5.4.x as well.

Try doing
Code:
apt update
and then
Code:
apt dist-upgrade
from your shell and then see if there are any errors, if not, check the pveversion again to see if the pve-manager has been updated and try logging in again.
