Probleme mit cluster Betrieb

Mahlzeit. Ich habe mir auf 2 Servern eine Umgebung mit 2 nodes und einem qdevice auf einem Raspi erstellt. (Thema Quorum). Allerdings bringt meine Master-Node bei der pve-2 immer das graue ?. auf der WEbgui der node 2 sind beide grün. Jetzt wollte ich mit pvestatd status den deamon anschauen. auf der node 2 kein problem. Auf der node 1 kommt einfach keine Rückmeldung.

Was kann ich tun?

P.s.: laut systemctl ist der pvestatd.service gestartet und auf running.

ok die retransmit lists deuten darauf hin dass die cluster kommunikation nicht sauber/nicht schnell genug läuft, wie sind die beiden nodes denn miteinander verbunden?
 
was sagt denn ein ping zwischen den beiden bzw ein iperf?
