I've been working around here with the new server and maybe I'll need your help, as you're more comfortable with this hardware.
I'm trying to install Proxmox 6.4 on the server and I'm having problems getting the network card to connect.

Is some type of driver or specific command required to allow connectivity?

why are you trying to install this Proxmox VE version? This is EOL since quite some time now, see https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#_frequently_asked_questions_2

Your bridge is up and the network interface ens1f0np0 is connected to it.

You might want to find out which NIC this corresponds to by flashing the LEDs with ethtool -p ens1f0np0. The IP is configured on the bridge as 192.168.1.26. What connectivity issue are you facing exactly? Can you ping the host? Are you connected to the same subnet?
