Problem with SSD and ext4

Hi everybody, sorry my english.

I have 4 SSD in raid5, and for this morning a this message was display. After a reboot all it's all alright and the VM are ok.

Any ideas ?

Hello,

What kernel version are you using?
Plese post output for

uname -a
cat /etc/fstab

Looks like a bug or bad mount options.

Sorry i'm back from hollydays. One of my drive is dead ? I can test with smart test ?
