Problem with SPICE

Hi,

If I use SPICE via the Proxmox GUI (Console > SPICE), it works fine. However, if I use SPICE from Windows directly (Start > VirtViewer > Remote viewer), I get the following error:

Unable to connect to the graphics server spice://$ip_address:5900.

How can I fix it?

the spice connection to a vm only works with the ticket file that gets downloaded via the api, not directly
