Problem with Server 2008 R2 and reachable IP

Hi, we have a VM with Win Server 2008 R2. This Server runs 7 Months. In last 2 days, the server was not reachable from external. Server has a internet ip. we cant ping this sinc 2 days. Server via Console can Ping internet normaly. if we stop this vm and install a linux vm with same ip, the ip is reachable.
firewall ... is deactivated.
does anywhere a idea, what we can do do can connect or ping our server, well since 2 days without changes, it was not more reachable. only node can ping this vm.

By default Win 2000R2 not accept ICMPv4 request. You need to add a new rule "Allow ICMPv4 incoming". Try this and see the result.
Also check again you subnet and gateway setting.

If not work, then you need to show your traceroute from outside VM and inside VM, so when can make sure which side blocks the ICMP request.
