Problem with SATA RAID hard.

The problem is that the driver is built into an ASUS motherboard, RAID controller: Intel Matrix storage r.

I go into the RAID utility and create a RAID 5. (I've tested also with raid 1)

When I have the raid set, I try to install Proxmox. But I Proxmox shows the partition RAID, shows me the hard drives.

Maybe the Intel Matrix Storage RAID controller for SATA drives in Proxmox not work?

If the controller, I can you say that if models of RAID controllers that operate in Proxmox? Or am I doing something wrong?

This is a "fake raid", no hardware raid - not supported.

pls go for a real hardware raid controller with BBU, e.g. http://www.adaptec.com/en-US/products/Controllers/Hardware/sas/performance/SAS-5805Z/

no, this is HostRAID controller.

HostRAID is a synonym for fakeraid. the cheapest hardware raid controller from Adaptec is RAID 2405 - but this one has no BBU.
