Problem with memory

Hello,
I have a memory problem in one node. Namely, in the container I have a virtual server with Windows Server 2016 Standard. Node statistics show that the memory consumption is at 96.62%, and on the server in the performance statistics it is clear at 36%. Why is this discrepancy and does it have no impact on the node's performance in the proxmox cluster? Is there a chance of reducing memory consumption in the nodes?

What windows marks as used and what it uses is a bit different, and we cannot tell the difference from outside without the VMs help.
You need to install the ballooning driver in the windows VM https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Dynamic_Memory_Management#Ballooning at least if you want accurate accounting.

If you install the virtio balloon driver and install and enable ballon service inside the Windows VM, you will see the right memory usage in the proxmox interface
