problem with install windows vm ( 2008r2)

hi every one
i face aproblem with install windows vm via proxmox

when iam finished my installing process i got that error in server network :

and when i press on local area connections i got this message :

you have not any local area connections

you can see on this message red X mark on internet connection

please help me to running the internet on this VM .

Hi,
which kind of virtual nic do you use? e1000 or virtio?
For virtio you need the driver: http://alt.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/virtio-win/latest/images/virtio-win-0.1-74.iso

If you use e1000 you should not have the same problem. If you want to install the drivers, it is an ISO. Just mount it on your virtual CDROM

Try choose "Windows Vista".
