Do I read this right that your host sits directly reachable in the internet?
If so you should really re-think your setup.

You can't use private IP addresses without a router/NAT/gateway on your end.

I am using PFsense for this purpose and can recommend it. Opnsense is another good solution and there are tons of alternative ones.

Imho That configuration is nonsense (unless you have set up routes that tell your 200.0../22 network where to find the gw 193...
How should the system reach that IP? Its beyond the network...
You need to have a gateway within your network.

Change to
nameserver 8.8.8.8 nameserver 8.8.4.4
or
nameserver 1.1.1.1 nameserver 1.0.0.1
and see if it works.

nope, same problem

My configuration:

When I configure by ubuntu install i set adres ip 10.10.10.2 and nameserver 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4 for my vm

Yes, i set in proxmox server:

Sorry for this:
if you would like
I can give you access to my proxmox and ssh and you can try it.

You should have
address 193.107.91.45/22
(without netmask) or
address 193.107.91.45
netmask 255.255.255.255.0

Classless Inter-Domain Routing already determines what the mask is.
