Problem with bcm57711e network interface - Proxmox ve 2.1 on HP Proliant BL 460c G7

Hello,

Today I start to install ProxMox VE 2.1 on a HP Proliant BL 460c G7.
This server have 24GB Ram, RAID 1 on SAS 500GB and 2 Xeon 2.133
The server is located on a datacenter and don't have other network interface.

Everything installed ok. But my network interface don't work.
On dmesg it prints:
bnx2x 0000:09:00.1: eth1: using MSI-X IRQ: sp60 fp[0] 62 ... fp[2] 64
ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): eth1: link is not ready

My access to the computer is on ILO (Blade) and gave me the options to mount ISO and files on network.

Can you help me compiling a more recent driver and changing the module on the system?

which bnx2x version do you need? pls send a link to the driver sources.

Anyone can build the bnx2x module for me?
Without the driver there is no way to test Proxmox.
