[SOLVED] Problem with all VMs (6.0-11)

Hello,
All virtual machines on the host do not boot (check screenshot).
Upgraded proxmox from 5.0 to latest 6 and no changes.
I'm kinda confused. What can it be and how can I diagnose this?
