Problem with add node to cluster Proxmox VE 6

Hello,
I try to add the third node to cluster. The whole cluster is fresh installed (on a week) and the new node is installed today. I add a node from the web and then click on "Join" .....the web is dead.
Web on the new one node is gone, the second two-node are very slow (via web and ssh).

check your syslog/dmesg/network for errors, it seems that the new node and the two old nodes do not see each other

They are see each other. On first node (from witch I copy cluster info) look like that:



I think when add the new one something get wrong and crash whole cluster.
