Why I can not create a Raid?

it seems the disk is not completely empty

Ok hiw can I do that over proxmox?

you could try the 'wipe disk' button in the gui (node -> disks)

or use a cli tool of your choice to remove the partitions/wipe the disk (e.g. fdisk/gdisk, wipefs, etc. this is general linux stuff and not really proxmox specific)

Hmm crazy. I do not have this Button. Is this a new feature in 7.x?

yes that is only available in pve 7
