Depends on a few things - I have migrated Windows servers around multiple PVE hosts without issue. My CPU type is set to Skylake-Server so Im unsure if CPU type "Host" would make a difference. I have also upgraded the Q35 machine type from 7.* to 8.0 and it didnt require re-activating.
