Problem of PCI device passthrough

It used to be ok for me to passthrough the whole usb controller to my vm until today. When the host is reboot, the following error came out "TASK ERROR: no pci device info for device xxxx"



Is that anything to do with the current update (6.0-15)? It seems that the system does not accept pci device without device info, since my GPU could be passthrough to VM.

I did a fresh install of proxmox without update to 6.0-15, the usb controller could be passthrough to VM without the error.
