Problem loading X.509 certificate -74

Hi,

I'm using Secure Boot on a Supermicro H11SSL-i and I'm having this issue in PVE:

[    1.670186] integrity: Loading X.509 certificate: UEFI:db
[    1.670192] integrity: Problem loading X.509 certificate -74
[    1.670194] integrity: Error adding keys to platform keyring UEFI:db

Can anyone shed a light on this issue and help me fix it, please?

I've checked in the BIOS and the one with this problem it's the one from Supermicro... but how can I fix this issue?

I've updated the BIOS to the new 2.9 version and the BMC it's using the latest 01.52.21 version as well.

Unfortunately the issue remains, can anyone help me please?!

Not sure if this is really related, but I had a similar problem with a Supermicro board where Proxmox would not boot with secure boot enabled.
I solved this by importing the required certificates as described here:

it does supermicro do somthing wrong... since we even didnt on the secure boot...
and when i update the bois to version 3.1 the X.509 certificate -74still there but my nv card can show the graphic
by the way my old version is 2.1 and debian gui seems only working on MIT/GPL installation option from nvidia offical drive...
