PROBLEM INSTALLING XENSERVER VM BACKUP WINDOWS TO PROXMOX

Good morning guys, how are you?

I hope I'm not posting this post in the wrong place, apologies.

I'm having a problem when importing VMs from Windows Server in ProxMox Virtualizer.

I can install and configure the Windows VM backup working, but when I try to start, the VM starts with boot problems, in an infinite loop on this screen.

I tried some commands to repair the startup, but nothing worked.

I was following this tutorial, to try to solve my problem, because it is a problem in the VM backup:

Note: I backed up vm windows by XenServer

But I can't start in safe mode, I get to the screen, select safe mode, start loading the drivers and restart the VM.

Please I need help.

did you install the respective VirtIO drivers for the VM? If not, boot into safe mode and install the drivers

Sorry for the delay, some health complications.

How do I do the procedure? From what I understand it has to be done with a windows disk? In this case I already uploaded the VM to ProxMox

I'll try to download the iso from this link, upload it as cd and try to run the commands.
