problem installing ceph (got timeout 500)

Hello all,
I have run into a problem installing ceph on a 3 node cluster (proxmox 6.3, updates applied today).
I have included the video of the cluster creation and the ceph install. youtube video
When I installed ceph on the first node, it ran fine. Node2 and node3 showed "got timeout" when installing the ceph software.
Any thoughts?
public ip: (1gb, )
node1: 123.23.77.30
node2: 123.23.77.31
node3: 123.23.77.32

10gb backend(only available between the 3 nodes):
node1: 10.0.0.1
node2: 10.0.0.2
node3: 10.0.0.3

cluster creation 0-10 minutes
ceph (node1) 10-12:30 minutes
ceph (node2) 12:30-14:40
ceph (node3) 14:40-16:00

Hi,

Have you a subscription [0] valid?

If you don't have a subscription make sure to use the non-subscription [1] in the PVE repository.
