Problem in noVNC

Hi everyone, I recently started using proxmox and it is great. It turns out that I have a problem, I need to restart a service from my email server, but when I try to access the virtual machine of my email server with noVNC, it only shows me a dark screen. Besides, it won't let me type anything. Excuse my ignorance.

* is the email server still working when the screen is black on console?

* is this the only VM with that problem?

* have you tried rebooting VM? does console work at all?
