problem during install - windows 2008r2

I followed the instructions step by step from this post http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Windows_2008_guest_best_practices
the result: boot failed ... any clue will be appreciated ... proxmox fresh install - win2008 iso downloaded from Microsoft server

you could try to change the 32G disk (first in boot order) to ide, just to check if it boots.
If it does, it's virtio driver missing probably...
if it does not, mbr issue?
