Problem connexion with shell gui interface

Hello everyone,
I have some issues with the connexion with Shell GUI interface i have the error :
i have a reverse proxy with nginx and custom SSL certificat.

This problem is not always present, because after 10 - 20 minutes i can connect with Shell GUI again

Someone have same problem like me ?

Sometime i have this error too:
