Problem connecting VPN in VM with proxmox

Hi!

I currently have a virtual one in proxmox 6.2.4 which I want to connect a VPN with Cisco Anyconnect 4.8 and I get the error "
vpn establishment capability for a remote user is disabled. a vpn connection will not be established cisco anyconnect 4.8 "
But if I want to connect to the VPN directly from the proxmox console I have no problems.
anyone had this problem?

You VM can resolve logical VPN server name to right ip?
Do you try do turn off firewall on VM?

i have the same problem with Cisco but only on some host , if i try from VirtualBox is work perfect
