Problem booting installation media on a 64 bit Intel with 32 bit EFI (Mac Mini middle 2010)

I´m a beginner in trying to use Proxmox and I ran into a problem during installing the software on a Mac Mini which is 64 bit but has a 32 bit EFI. I read a lot about rEFIt and rEFInd and tried some of them.
The effect ist that the system hangs when starting from CD or USB stick.

Is there a way to solve my problem?

try to install over Debian.

Did you fixed it via Debian 12? I have a lot of error during this process with grub efi and so on.
