A non-root user with full administrator rights is no longer able to alter the memory settings of a VM. When attempting to do so the following error is thrown:
I've also noticed the addition of a "Allow KSM" checkbox under the advanced options. I'm not modifying the state of this checkbox when attempting to change the memory amount.
Root is currently the only user able to configure the amount of memory assigned to a VM.
This is in Virtual Environment 9.0.15 which was updated earlier today.
