Problem access vm from proxmox

Hello
i have server with proxmox ( in Hetzner)

my proxmox ip is : 46.4.96.254
my vps ip is : 46.4.144.110 and vps Gateway: 46.4.96.254
some client cant view vps server and website on 46.4.144.110
when i trace vps IP 46.4.144.110 in see this result:



my request drop in proxmox ip.
What is the cause of the problem?

AFAIK in case of some hosters special configuration for additional IP addresses (as it is used in the current case for a VM) is needed. Mainly caused by restriction of MAC address usage (VM's virtual NIC MAC addresses are not accepted). The proper forum to discuss this issue would be the hoster's one.

This problem solved when I used Centos7, this problem reason is my static ISP IP and datacenter network on Centos6!
