thank mir but it did not change anything

we must also know that ovh does not use the debian kernel but its own kernel

I had to disable the grub to boot the kernel proxmox

other words the following command

Code:
apt-get remove linux-image-amd64 linux-image-3.2.0-4-amd64
does not work

other words I think we should find the command that uninstall the ovh kernel

Here is the grub command that returns to the kernel in question

Code:
### BEGIN /etc/grub.d/06_OVHkernel ###
menuentry "Debian GNU/Linux, OVH kernel 2.6.34.6-xxxx-grs-ipv6-64" {
        insmod raid
        insmod mdraid
        insmod part_msdos
        insmod part_msdos
        insmod ext2
        set root='(md1)'
        search --no-floppy --fs-uuid --set 31359d64-af1c-4247-96e0-d319ee9a6448
        linux   /boot/bzImage-2.6.34.6-xxxx-grs-ipv6-64 root=/dev/md1 ro
}
### END /etc/grub.d/06_OVHkernel ###

I find nothing ovh forum for debian 7

only for the 6

[h=2]kernel debian a la place d'ovh? (debian kernel has the ovh instead?)[/h]

http://forum.ovh.com/showthread.php?70711-kernel-debian-a-la-place-d-ovh

I'll try but I do not know if it's commands walk on debian 7

Commands for Squeeze 6 are working with a high chance also on Debian Wheezy 7. Did you set in the OVH manager, that your server is using the kernel from your harddisk instead the OVH kernel?
