prob windows server 2000 and ethernet

Hello,
I installed the latest Proxmox VE and created a virtual server with Windows server 2000.
My problem is that the NIC is not recognized (no driver).
After much research, I always dry ...
Does anyone ever had this problem?

which NIC do you use? (as virtual nic)

(I followed the tutorial video on windows server 2003)

use rtl8139 for windows 2000. works out of the box.
