Printe or export the "Who Object" lists

I'm trying to do some clean up on my "Who Objects" lists and would like to print them out or export them to Excel or something so I can re organize them. Is there a way to export/print them?
 
not really, but just do a backup and a restore if you need to move it to another box. does this help?

I was hoping for a way to export them to excel. Some of blacklist objects I have made have hundreds of entries in them. I what to find duplicates entries and combine similar entries to make it a little more managible. It would be nice to import the cleaned up list back in, but I'm not to concerned about that. Thanks!
