f.e my upstream mailer does NOT accept 40 concurrent deliveries in one run, guaranteed to get a temporary ban (24 hours) if >2 concurrent messages are received. So there is a train wreck of mail-messages to be observed after each update.
Besides i need some other settings (specific blacklist/whitelists), also i have an extra port (27) that sends mails without any checks from some specific internal services. (Sending on port 26, makes most messages marked as spam due to it's source, an internal server..?).
SRS handling, HELO processing to allow some specific known violations that cannot be helped (PLC originating mail, from external sources).
The current method of install FIRST wrecks the setup after which i can manual recover the issues. In the mean time mail fails.
Is it possible to ONLY overwrite templates that are still unmodified from the previous install and only provide a renamed file when the current template not equals the previous default (and if possible a notification when the templates have changed?)
