powertop no longer showing power estimate column

I used to run Proxmox VE 7.4 (with kernel 6.2.11-2-pve) and powertop was showing me the "power estimate" column. That has gone away after I upgraded to Proxmox VE 8.0 (with kernel 6.2.16-3-pve). Has anyone had the same issue?

I also noticed that in the "idle stats" section the states labels changed, there are more of them and the reported values don't add up to 100%, for example:
C2 (pc2) 2.0%
C3 (pc3) 89.1%
C6 (pc6) 0.0%
C7 (pc7) 0.0%
C8 (pc8) 0.0%
C9 (pc9) 0.0%
C10 (pc10) 0.0%

Does anyone know what could be the cause of these changes?
