I'm trying to shutdown a cluster for electrical utility work. After this work will be finished, I'd like the cluster to come up again to the normal (HA) state with minimal admin work. (Read: someone powers this on and all starts working again)
I've tried out the HA-freeze mode, but with HA frozen, I can't power down any qm.
So how is this supposed to work? Do I actually have to kill the HA setup? Then after re-booting the nodes, the qms are not coming up at all?
The cluster in question is a 2-node cluster with data and Quorum server on a NAS.
Thanks for all enlightenment here...
