generally speaking it should be alright as long as the nodes are at an equal upgrade level.

if you want stability then you should switch to pve-enterprise repository, as the packages there are tested better than pve-no-subscription

you should always keep the nodes updated by checking for new upgrades (via GUI panel or with command line apt update && apt list --upgradable, followed by apt dist-upgrade should updates be present).

also after kernel upgrades you should reboot the nodes.
