Possible to add Whitelist comments for Who Objects and Mail Proxy Whitelist?

Hello.

We added a lot of whitelist items and it's getting out of hand without any option to make comments. We would really like if there was an option to make a comment for each entry so we know for each whitelist for which company this whitelist is. You can't get that information if you are just looking at whitelisted IP address or domain or email address.

Is this planned in the future versions of mail gateway?

We would like to be able to add comments to:
Mail Filter - Who Objects - Whitelist



And:
Configuration - Mail Proxy - Whitelist

Currently this is not possible (it's not in the db-schema).

In most cases I would suggest to take a look why you need to whitelist so many individual domains/senders, and try to limit the numbers of individual entries.

if the domains are similar - you could also consider replacing them with a fitting regular expression.

we have https://bugzilla.proxmox.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2701 to track this feature request - but as said there it's currently not on the high prio list
