Poor performance

Fujitsu TX300 server
8 x Intel (R) Xeon (R) CPU E5620@2.40GHz (1 Socket)
12 GB of RAM
2 x 2TB SATA without RAID

3 VM Windows 2003 qcow2

Dice that there is some activity on one of the VMs, the performance is very bad and there are these messages in daemon.log

and what performance do you expect from single sata disk and qcow2? Did you even read wiki howtos???... http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Performance_Tweaks
If you want some performance go for hw raid 10 with at least 10000 rpm or try ssd.
