Polarix 22 XL passthrough VM Windows 10

Hello,

I'm really new into the proxmox environment.
I've succefully configure proxmox and begin to launch some VMs, into my HP Spectre (laptop)

Now, I would like to passthrough the internal GPU (AMD Vega M GL) to the Windows 10 VM, but after the boot of the VM, i get a "43 error code", even if install correct GPU drivers...

Any help would be very appreciated :)
