pmg "tracking center" and "cpu using data" not update after upgrade pmg 6.1-3

We try to update PMG 6.0 upgrade to PMG 6.1-3, but we have some issue on the GUI (mail flow is normal)

All data stop to update after upgrade to PMG 6.1-3, we have a license, upgrade administration > Updates one click
1. administration > Status "CPU usage" "network" and "disk usage" and "Server load" all not update.
2. administration > Tracking Center" not update with the new email.

mail flow is normal and dashboard e-mail volume and node resources data is normal

Hi, the CPU usage , Server load and mem, swap network and disk back to normal after run apt dist-upgrade

But the tracking center same still cannot show new data (Old data can see)
today, just run the apt-get update and apt-get upgrade, all the statistics stop at upgrade time. now still no update data in statustuics.
i try to run apt dist-upgrade is cannot help this issue.
We confirm the issue due to the vm host time zone not match. when the server startup, the log time and data not correct. the issue fix after del the log include the not correct time and fix the vm host time zone. thx all.
