I am using Postfix (mail server ) and configured smarthost on the main.cf file and i am only getting outgoing statistics on the dashboard, the is nothing on inbound.
How do I fix that

hi,

have you tried disabling "Configuration/Options: Use advanced statistic filters"?

I just did.
And the other thing is, when i send emails to internal email addresses the mails go simply but when we send to gmail it fails

Please post the mail log (/var/log/mail.log) part from your mail. It should give us more insight into what happens when you try to send a mail to any gmail address.

We need the info from an actual mail. If you don't want to post the mail.log publically you can send it to me personally (m.limbeck@proxmox.com). Please also provide the sending e-mail address and the time.

Your IP is on a blocklist. This might also be the reason why you can't send to gmail addresses.

Okay. I don't think thats the only problem because when i have disabled Proxmox, emails go through thats how i managed to send you my mail log. Is there anything i can do maybe firewall port forwarding e.g rerouting

Your mail.log never reached the inbox here because your IP is on a blocklist (barracudacentral).

What I am saying is even if i do a test on gmail with proxmox on, it fails yet after i disable proxmox gmail accepts. How do you also explain that

As sending the mail.log does not work, please provide the log from the tracking center (Administration -> Tracking Center) when selecting one of the failed mails.
