Given the number of guides here on configuring PMG, I thought I'd try to put together a guide that covers the latest versions of PMG - now that a number of things mentioned are not supported / functional anymore - or have been built into PMG.

Would be happy to get feedback of the guide, but it should hopefully explain enough to act as a solid base for someone looking to rebuild their existing PMG, or start from scratch.
The current table of contents:
• Setup the base OS
• Migrate to systemd-boot (Optional, UEFI only)
• Disable disk based swap, use ZRAM instead
• Setup maxmind GeoIP databases
• Compile Spamassassin rules for extra performance.
• Update SA rules daily
• Enable Shortcircuits to optimise scanning times
• Configure Bayes, Razor and Pyzor to be cluster friendly.
• Enable Fail2ban
