Check the system's journal (`journalctl -b`) for errors
else also try accessing the GUI with a fresh browser.

I hope this helps!

DBI connect('dbname=Proxmox_ruledb;host=/var/run/postgresql;port=5432','root',...) failed: connection to server on socket "/var/run/postgresql/.s.PGSQL.5432" failed: No such file or> Is the server running locally and accepting connections on that socket? at /usr/share/perl5/PMG/DBTools.pm line 78

Can you help me fix this please?

It seems the postgresql service is not running correctly - check what systemctl and the postgresql logs have to say about it.
