PMG Configuration

Hello everyone,
I have recently just installed and configured PMG following tutorials and I think I have configured it well, but PGM shows only outgoing emails in graphs and statistics, when actually it is only receiving.
In the official PMG tutorial it says that when this happens it is that the port configuration is incorrect.
What should I do???
I would appreciate help with this...

please share your configuration - which is your external port, which is your internal port?
if you only receive mail from the outside - where do you relay it to?

also share some logs of the system - maybe they show where things are not configured correctly
