Hello,
Few days ago we have installed PMG 8.0.4 and noticed that the Tracking Center is not working and we get this error instead:

”command '/usr/bin/pmg-log-tracker -v -l 2000 -s 1689417316 -e 1689454800 -n -g' failed: got timeout (500)”

any help would be appreciated!
Thank you

Same issue here after the update to 8.0.7 (from 7).
I get a timeout 500 anytime I trie to check the logs.

I actually noticed in journalctl the system couldn't connect to postgres and had to manually install it (apt install postgresql).
That fixed the errors in the journal, but I still can't see anything in the Tracking Center.

Thanks for the help.

this should not happen if you follow the upgrade guide:

Hello All,

I have had this problem in v7 & current V8.
I'm constantly getting these timeouts.
I did follow instructions carefully for reference, but since it existed before, there shouldn'tbe anything update related.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

For reference I've improved disk space, disk speed, and CPU with the same results.
