Plex - Tv on A virtual machine lagging

Hello, so now i installed my Plex serveur on a vm

but when i look my video on it the processor is full

in plex i can see this error :

do u have an idea please ?

why processor is over flow ?

Hey,

transcoding is quite a computation heavy, therefore maybe try to assign a few more CPU cores to your VM. If the error persists take a look at the plex forum[1], someone probably already encountered a similar error. Also maybe take a look at [2].
