Hi,
My plex server vm buffers with 2 people streaming. My internet can handle it but i do not know why it is so slow. The HDD is in a Raid with (2 drives and 1 for parity) (mounted as a 4tb raw disk image) (8tb total disk space.). My VM has 6 cores and 22 GB of ram. It buffers streaming 2 1080p streams and I do not know what the problem is? Please help.

Doesn't have to be the disk or network performance. When streaming media over the internet it might need to transcode the files on the fly. And transcoding is really CPU intense when you didn't PCI passthoughed a GPU for hardware acceleration. Not uncommon here that my emby will 100% utilize all 8 vCPUs to just stream a 1080p video. So might also be that your steams are buffering because the transcoding can't keep up.

You should check at the nodes summary page what your CPU utilization and IO delay are.

Not Much, in the last hour it has only reached a max of 72% node utilization and the I/O delay is around 5%. Do you need plex pass for hardware encoding? such as PCI passthroughed a GPU

also, plex is only 32-bit, Should i try and see if there is a 64 bit version?

Yes, that's a paid feature. and disk performance then shouldn't be the problem.
