Plesk Apache authorization problem in Proxmox VE LXC

I have an authorization problem with Apache on .htaccess files on my Plesk installation in an LXC container on Proxmox VE. There is documentation to fix the problem at Plesk only it is stated this:

Note: If the server is running on Proxmox VE, this configuration not going to work as expected. Please contact Proxmox support for further assistance.
