Please help - Proxmox not working

Newbie here. Need some help.
Hi Guys, My PVE quit working. During booting shows the attached error. Among other things is failing to initialize networking. When it's done booting, it displays the Welcome screen with login, but when I try to access it from a browser, it can't reach the page. Can anybody please help me or point me in the right direction?

It seems like you have a network card issue. May be it failed, may be you tried firmware upgrade and it didnt work, may be something else changed.
Looks like your NIC is not properly initialized, your network subsystem fails, you cant access the host.
You are going to have to troubleshoot your hardware on the fly. Find out what the model/firmware are, check the logs for more errors or identifying messages, perhaps even replace the NIC.
