Please help, my local lvlm not working after reinstall proxmox

Dear All,

Please help me, my server pro link HP down. iam used pc core i3 10010- storage 1tb hdd dan ram 8gb.

after iam installed proxmox, the case is : why local-lvlm is ? not working, iam so confused.

i want to restore my voip server but cant

For LVM to work properly a number of Linux native LVM commands are run by Proxmox to get information. As you can see these commands fail.
Specifically "vgs" to display existing group information and "vgscan" to look for any updates. You can try to run these commands yourself, directly in shell, and I would expect you will see similar results.
You are receiving Signal 11, which corresponds to SIGSEGV https://man7.org/linux/man-pages/man7/signal.7.html

There could be a few causes, including bug in the program (not likely) and hardware issues.

Now, iam already use the lvlm, but now iam cant restore the vm,

whats problem? does must same spesifikasion hardware?
